After reading the book 'Stillness Speaks' by Eckhart Tolle, I have been a much more happier person. What this book is all about, is how to become happy. And to appreciate the Now. And the Being of your time.
And in one part of this book, it says not to bring a unhappy mood to a class, to your work, to your friends and your surroundings. As it not only upsets you but also reflects to others around you in your environment and also makes them unhappy, or disappointed because of you.
